Job summary

Teksouth is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work onsite at Bolling AFB, MD, supporting Air Force personnel with military and civilian pay services. The role requires active security clearance and hands-on work with DTS, JMPS, DCPS, WAWF, and CMS.

Daily on-site duties include front-line customer engagement and close collaboration with DoD clients. The position emphasizes accuracy, timely case management, and the ability to thrive in a mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) and military travel processes.
• Experience with Military Pay systems (e.g., JMPS).
• Experience with Civilian Pay systems (e.g., DCPS).
• Familiarity with Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
• DoD/Air Force customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a vital point of contact ensuring accurate and timely financial support for Air Force personnel.
• Address DTS inquiries and process authorizations/vouchers; assist with DOHA claims.
• Process JMPS and DCPS transactions and coordinate with AFFSC on manual travel/PCS vouchers.
• Operate CMS to initiate, update, and monitor cases and meet deadlines (e.g., close CMS cases within 45 days).
• Provide front-line customer engagement and counter assistance, building rapport with diverse customers.
