Job summary

Job location is Randolph AFB, Texas. Responsible for the reconciliation data error conditions identified during the data reconciliation process during the collection and input of information into the Automated Records Management System (ARMS).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include reviewing records, correcting errors, serving customers, answering phones, coordinating with OPRs, and acting as the Trusted Agent for ARMS access to ensure data integrity.

• Education level required: High School.

Responsibilities

• Conduces a computer records review of error conditions that need to be reconciled prior to information being cataloged into the ARMS system.
• Takes appropriate action to correct error conditions in order for data to be properly accepted by the system.
• Provides customer service to answer questions in their area of responsibility.
• Answer phones and respond to questions or direct to proper Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR).
• Contact appropriate OPR when records are incomplete or erroneous to correct any error conditions.
• Works with OPRs to reconcile or correct error conditions.
• Works with Lead Worker to reconcile error conditions to be corrected. Serves as the Division Trusted Agent for access to the ARMS system.

REQUIREMENTS

• Work a flexible schedule to handle fast-paced environment and remain flexible.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrate necessary computer skills.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• For positions that require driving, must maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage, and be able to travel as needed if you drive your vehicle during company business.
