Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking an Air Force Client Development Lead to drive growth for DoD programs, leading strategic direction, capture planning, and cross‑functional execution.

You will collaborate with government partners, HDR leadership, and field teams to win opportunities and deliver high‑quality technical services. You will guide program development and manage a broad set of disciplines, ensuring alignment with HDR’s employee‑owned culture and performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in large, complex organizations.
• Experience with Department of the Air Force contracts and installations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and translate it into actionable strategy.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals related to Department of the Air Force Programs, coordinating across HDR services.
• Develops new projects, markets, business cases, project planning, staffing and marketing materials for DAF Programs.
• Identifies HDR priorities and investments to respond to market trends.
• Leads capture planning and pursues key opportunities.
• Oversees program execution across the HDR portfolio with a focus on DoD programs.
• Maintains key client relationships and collaborates with CSL teams.
