Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks an Air Force Client Development Lead to drive growth for the Department of the Air Force program. You will lead capture, proposal development, and cross‑HDR alignment with external stakeholders, reporting to the Director of Client Services.

You will collaborate with Federal Leadership Team to shape program direction, manage budgets and schedules, and expand HDR’s DoD footprint across multiple locations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, planning or science.
• Professional registrations in area of study.
• 15+ years progressive leadership experience in large, complex orgs with 5+ years at executive level.
• Strategic planning and program management experience.
• Experience with Department of the Air Force installations and/or contracts.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals related to DoD programs, coordinating HDR services across the company.
• Develops projects, markets, plans, staffing, and materials for DoD programs.
• Leads capture planning and key pursuits with HDR priorities in mind.
• Directs program execution across HDR disciplines, budgets, and schedules.
• Maintains relationships with client bases and partnering organizations at various government levels.
