Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• PMP certification within 6 months of hire preferred.
• Experience with Project Management Office functions and IT programs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute the AFNCR ITS Program Mission in coordination with customers and stakeholders.
• Prioritize, plan, organize, train, assess, and manage resources to keep projects within scope and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate and manage small to medium projects and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
• Develop project management plans, establish expectations, and drive plans per PMO standards.
• Maintain high-quality written and verbal communications including weekly status, dashboards, and updates.
