Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) seeks a Project Manager to support the Air Force National Capital Region ITS-2 program at Joint Base Andrews. You will oversee project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications, coordinating government and technical teams to deliver mission-critical IT services.

Requirements include a Bachelor's (or higher) in CS/Business or related field with PM experience, or equivalent experience with PMP, and an Active Secret clearance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field with at least 5 years of project management and related experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of intensive and progressive experience demonstrating the required project management proficiency, along with a PMP.
• Active Secret security clearance or higher required.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects to ensure delivery within schedules and budgets.
• Experience defining project scope, objectives, schedules, resource requirements, and execution plans.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee minor projects and routine operational requirements to ensure on-schedule delivery within budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements with government stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules, work plans, and execution timelines.
• Identify, allocate, and coordinate project resources to support operational requirements and project objectives.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and identify potential schedule, resource, or performance issues.
• Provide consistent project status updates to government customers, leadership, and stakeholders.
