Job summary
JCS Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager to support Field Operations at Joint Base Andrews, MD. You will plan, run, and monitor projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery, coordinating with site leadership and customer stakeholders to support daily mission operations.
The role requires U.S. citizenship, active DoD Secret clearance, and hands-on experience defining scope, schedules, resources, and progress reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field and 5 years of project management and related experience
- Master's degree in computer science, business, or a related field and 3 years of experience
- No degree, with 10 years of intensive and progressive related experience and a current PMP certification
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee projects so they are finished on time and within budget
- Define project scope and objectives and align with customer/site priorities
- Estimate resources needed and assign/manage them
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans
- Track progress, identify risks or delays, adjust plans accordingly
- Provide stakeholders with regular updates on strategy, changes and progress
- Measure project performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Keep stakeholders informed throughout each project
