Job summary

Castelion is seeking a Business Development Director to lead Air Force programs, owning the capture lifecycle from initial opportunity through contract award. The role requires building strong relationships with Air Force stakeholders, shaping requirements, and coordinating with engineering, contracts, and program management to position Castelion for success.

The candidate will drive win strategies, manage risk, and align capture activities with customer priorities while ensuring communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of defense Business Development, Capture Management, or Program Management.
• Active DoD security clearance required; Top Secret/SCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead all Air Force BD and capture activities from opportunity identification to award.
• Develop capture plans aligned with customer priorities, competitive intelligence, and company capabilities.
• Define win strategies, price-to-win analysis, and teaming decisions with cross-functional teams.
• Manage relationships with Air Force stakeholders and represent the company at conferences, industry days, and program reviews.
