Job summary

This role requires strong leadership and exceptional communication skills to manage a high-performing team. You will supervise the air export group, ensure compliance with customs and trade laws, and drive process improvements to reduce costs while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Experience supervising air export activities is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the air export team, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of cargo
• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and other service providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of cargo
• Ensure compliance with regulations including customs and trade laws
• Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and service quality
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitor and report on KPIs like cargo delivery times, costs and quality
