Job summary

The role requires leading coordinators, coordinating with customers and carriers, and ensuring timely, accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. A bachelor’s in logistics or related field is preferred; strong knowledge of air export ops and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in logistics may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of air export operations, documentation, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of air export coordinators.
• Monitor and manage the flow of export shipments for compliance.
• Communicate with customers, carriers and stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Resolve issues like delays, damages, or customs problems.
• Ensure accurate documentation (air waybills, invoices, etc.).
• Provide excellent customer service and meet expectations.
• Ensure compliance with customs and export controls.
