Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is required.
• Prior experience in air exports and supervisory roles is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the air export team to ensure timely cargo delivery.
• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders and service providers for smooth delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulations including customs and trade laws.
• Develop policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and raise satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs such as delivery times, costs and quality.
