Job summary

QUICK USA in Springfield Gardens, NY is seeking an Air Export Specialist (Tentative) to plan and arrange daily air export shipments, secure cargo space, and coordinate with airlines and ground handlers. Responsibilities include preparing MAWB/HAWB, invoices, and packing lists while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will be the primary contact for export customers, provide rate quotes, track shipments, and handle exceptions to ensure on-time delivery. Working hours are Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00.

Air Export Specialist（Tentative）

Essential Duties

• Operations & Booking: Plan and arrange daily air export shipments; negotiate and secure cargo space with commercial airlines and charter carriers.
• Documentation: Prepare and process accurate export documentation, including Master Air Waybills (MAWB), House Air Waybills (HAWB), commercial invoices, and packing lists in compliance with industry regulations.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise directly with airlines, ground handling agents, and local trucking companies to schedule timely pickups, airport deliveries, and line-hauls.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for export customers, providing status updates, rate quotes, and prompt resolution of inquiries or issues.
• Cargo Tracking & Exception Handling: Track and trace active shipments throughout transit to ensure on-time delivery; proactively manage potential delays or discrepancies.
