Qualifications

• 2+ years in air export operations.
• Experience with AES, AWB processing, and export docs.
• Familiarity with CargoWise or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of IATA rules and export compliance.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage air export shipments from booking through final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage.
• Prepare and process export documentation, including AWBs, commercial invoices, and export declarations (AES filings).
• Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, and trucking partners to secure space and confirm routings.
• Track shipments and proactively communicate status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with IATA regulations, customs requirements, and company SOPs.
• Resolve service issues and shipment discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records within the company's operating system (e.g., CargoWise).
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with airlines, agents, and clients.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Air Export Operator to manage the end-to-end air export process, from booking through documentation and delivery confirmation. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
