Job summary

QUICK USA in Springfield Gardens, NY is seeking an Air Export Specialist (Tentative) to plan and arrange daily air export shipments, secure cargo space, and coordinate with airlines and ground handlers. Responsibilities include preparing MAWB/HAWB, invoices, and packing lists while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will be the primary contact for export customers, provide rate quotes, track shipments, and handle exceptions to ensure on-time delivery. Working hours are Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00.

Qualifications

• Experience in air export operations.
• Knowledge of MAWB/HAWB documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple carriers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and arrange daily air export shipments with airlines and charters.
• Prepare MAWB/HAWB, invoices and packing lists per regulations.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handling, and trucking for pickups.
• Serve as the primary contact for export customers and provide updates.
• Track shipments and manage delays or documentation discrepancies.
