Qualifications

• Air export experience +3 years is a must.
• Experience in air freight logistics, distribution, and bonded freight.
• Customer service oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Professional telephone and email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Process Air Export Gateway consolidations with origin departments, including receiving, planning/bookings, paperwork, transfer to carrier, tracking to arrival.
• Manage air freight capacity via posted consolidation schedules and bookings.
• Dispatch and oversee airport transfers with local trucking vendors.
• Monitor daily reporting tools for data integrity.
• Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure quality and compliance during consolidation.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Demonstrate urgency and a positive attitude; work independently; take initiative.
• Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and support process improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
• Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate on improvements.
