Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and quotations.
• Arrange and confirm space on flights and other transport.
• Prepare and review shipment documentation.
• Process documents in the system to meet deadlines.
• Secure missing information and review initial documents.
• Trace transaction data (HBL, invoices) and track clearance.
• Coordinate with carriers and follow up on pre-alerts.
• Assist in release coordination to carrier or customer.
