Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a technical Lead in Tucson, AZ to drive program execution across cost, schedule and technical oversight for airborne electrical products. You will manage complex hardware development and work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 8+ years of related experience, with expertise in electrical subsystems, circuit design, and project leadership. Onsite work schedule with relocation eligibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of engineering experience with progressing leadership roles.
• Experience with Electrical subsystems and/or Circuit Card Assembly: development, integration, test, and production support.
• Experience with analog/digital/mixed-signal circuit design or hardware integration/test.

Responsibilities

• Define improvement projects using RTX factory tools and assess ROI.
• Lead others by leveraging team dynamics and strengths; mitigate gaps.
• Conduct trade studies to select optimal solution balancing cost, schedule, quality, and performance.
• Communicate task status on complex issues across teams and leadership.
• Fill roles as needed to ensure business unit success.
• Work with the program team to integrate cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
