Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Section Leader in the Engineering Execution Team (EET) within the ASDS Air Dominance area to lead IPT Leaders and drive department goals.

You will oversee line management, staffing, mentoring, and ensure policy compliance, while maintaining hands-on IPT leadership duties and strong collaboration with program teams.

Applicants should hold a STEM degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, plus an active US security clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Active and transferable DoD Secret security clearance and US citizenship.
• Current IPT Lead within ASDS EET.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IPT Leaders within the Air Dominance SSBU.
• Set meaningful goals and communicate them effectively.
• Oversee direct line management for the section and talent acquisition.
• Support department and SBU-level initiatives.
• Ensure employee compliance with policies.
• Mentor staff and support career development.
• Maintain IPT Lead role while performing Section Leader duties.
