Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team of REAs, including mechanical and electrical engineers, to improve factory throughput and yield. You will interface with program and factory leaders to ensure alignment with constraints and planned improvements.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Engineering and 10+ years in engineering with leadership experience, plus experience in integration, verification, and production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics or related STEM and 10+ years of experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience with progressive leadership roles.
• Experience in integration, verification, validation, and/or maintenance in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cross-functional team of 7-10 REAs including mechanical and electrical engineers.
• Analyze data related to factory throughput and yield and improve accordingly.
• Interface with program and factory chief engineers to align with constraints and improvements.
