Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead cross‑functional teams focused on electrical subsystems and circuit card assembly. Responsibilities include defining improvement projects, evaluating ROI, and guiding trade studies across cost, schedule, and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience.
8+ years of engineering leadership experience.
Experience with Electrical subsystems and Circuit Card Assembly.
Experience with analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuit design or hardware integration/test.

Responsibilities

Define improvement projects with RTX factory tools and assess ROI.
Lead teams by leveraging strengths and mitigating gaps.
Lead trade studies to pick best solutions considering cost, schedule, and performance.
Regularly convey task status across teams, program, and leadership.
Fill roles as needed to ensure business unit success.
Partner with the program team to integrate cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
