Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Deployment Lead for the Air Defense team to own end-to-end deployments, training, and sustainment. You will collaborate with Program Manager and Chief Engineer to align deployments with customer priorities while building trust and ensuring mission readiness.

You will develop world-class training programs, maintain knowledge of the Family of Systems, and act as the customer advocate, translating feedback into product improvements.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 5+ years in a technical field.
• Experience planning and delivering technical training programs.
• Strong project management skills.
• Documentation for new or developing processes and training curricula.
• Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams and building influence.
• Interest in national security and defense technologies.
• Translating technical concepts into requirements and training materials.
• Ownership mentality for work in isolated or remote environments.
• Clear communication of complex concepts across methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Eligible for U.S. Secret clearance; Top Secret preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Deployment planning and execution across sites with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and deliver training curricula and materials.
• Relationship management with customers, partners, and teams.
• Develop mission expertise and serve as cUAS SME.
• Develop product understanding of Anduril's Family of Systems.
• Manage hardware and software configurations at deployment sites.
