You will coordinate with branch offices, junket representatives, airlines, ground transportation, and multiple internal teams to deliver top-tier customer service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; the position offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in air operations or hospitality management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualifies patrons for complimentary air, hotel, amenity, and transportation.
• Coordinates with MGMAir team to ensure efficiencies and patron reinvestment.
• Collaborates with Customer Care, Marketing, Front Desk, and Guest Services.
• Partners with airline and ground services for timely operations and high satisfaction.
• Primary contact for branch offices, players, and junket reps.
• Fosters teamwork, feedback, recognition, and diverse, compliant operations.
• Serves as resource for staff and vendors to grow and improve service.
