Job summary

MGM Resorts Atlantic City is seeking an MGMAir Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the MGMAir air charter experience, including guest services and the guest reservation process. The role includes managing relationships with branch offices, junket representatives, and ground, air, and baggage handling vendors.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualifies patrons for air, hotel, and amenity usage.
• Collaborates with MGMAir team to ensure patron reinvestment and efficiencies.
• Coordinates with Customer Care, Marketing, Player Development, Front Desk, Group Desk, and Guest Services.
• Works with airline, motorcoach, and ground services providers for efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Acts as a primary contact for branch offices, player development, and junket representatives.
• Fosters teamwork, training, succession planning, and diversity compliance; supports staff development.
