Job summary

On Location seeks a Manager of Charter Air Operations to lead the client/university interface for charter air transport. You will oversee sourcing, contracting, and lifecycle management for charters with carriers domestically and globally.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in charter air management, a bachelor's degree, and strong leadership with vendor relations. Flexibility to work extended hours is required during events.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in related business, sales and charter air management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Strong client-service and vendor management orientation with solid interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with university partners and charter air carriers.
• Coordinate charter with Anthony Travel onsite athletics personnel and Event Managers.
• Ensure best available rates in the market.
• Assist with managing contracts to minimize risk and maximize revenue.
