Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Chicago to oversee cargo operations, staffing, and safety compliance. You will manage daily activities in the cargo operation, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate with teams to maintain security and efficiency at the facility.

The role requires coordinating with supervisors, following TSA and company rules, and maintaining budgetary and manning controls.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Perform basic arithmetic and interpret data/graphs.
• Work with minimal supervision and report regularly.
