Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking an Office Supervisor in Chicago, IL to lead Leads and Agents, oversee staffing, and ensure daily customer satisfaction while upholding safety and quality.

You will coordinate with upper management, monitor performance, and implement fair discipline. Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent and 6 months to 1 year of related experience; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate degree or equivalent; six months to one year related experience.
• Must have computer/PC skills and be able to work weekends.
• Must read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Direct leads and agents within the assigned area.
• Oversee staffing requirements and monitor discipline actions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through daily feedback.
• Act as liaison between front-line staff and upper management.
