Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking an Air Cargo Manager on Duty - Ramp in Chicago to direct supervisory staff, oversee staffing and discipline, and ensure safety, security, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role integrates TSA compliance and site security program adherence.

The position emphasizes coordination with upper management, audit compliance, and accurate reporting while supporting operations across shifts and ensuring reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Two to five years previous management/supervisor experience in field service duties.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Airline pricing experience.
• Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisory personnel within assigned functional area.
• Oversee staffing requirements and discipline actions for subordinates.
• Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction and safety compliance.
• Maintain operation in accordance with security and TSA regulations.
• Liaise between first level supervisors and upper management.
• Ensure proper company audit and site security plan adherence.
