Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking a Manager-on-Duty to direct supervisory staff within the assigned area, oversee staffing, and ensure daily operations run smoothly with high customer satisfaction. You will liaison between frontline supervisors and upper management, and help maintain security and quality standards.

This role emphasizes adherence to TSA and corporate security programs, audit readiness, training, and fair discipline.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of management/supervisory experience in field service.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Airline pricing experience.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and days off.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisory personnel and oversee staffing in the assigned area.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and safety in operations per TSA and security program.
• Read, interpret, and implement company policies and procedures.
• Maintain audit readiness and enforce discipline and performance standards.
• Liaise between frontline supervisors and upper management.
