Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-year degree with related experience.
• Operational cargo and/or airline experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a logistics or cargo setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cargo operations to meet safety and service standards.
• Lead warehouse operations and coordinate shift briefings.
• Communicate with customers on pickups/deliveries and handle payments/refunds.
• Schedule, train, and manage staff; monitor time and attendance.
• Ensure SOPs, safety programs, and incident investigations are followed.
