Worldwide Flight Services seeks a Supervisor Cargo Services to oversee all cargo operations, staffing, safety, and compliance, ensuring timely handling of cargo, luggage, and related services across locations. You will participate in coaching, training, and performance management while upholding security programs and TSA regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; six months to one-year related experience.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and days off.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and speak before groups.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups.
• Direct and supervise staffing; advise on staffing requirements and discipline as needed.
• Maintain budgetary controls and manning to ensure compliance with rules and contracts.
• Oversee cargo warehousing, receiving, dispatching and staging airfreight and related duties.
