Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services in Dallas seeks an Account Manager to lead a dedicated business unit, overseeing assets, staff, aircraft, equipment, and facilities to the highest standards. You will build strong relationships with airport authorities, manage daily operations, and ensure contracts, service agreements, and security regulations are followed.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of management experience in aviation or related field, TSA knowledge, budget and staffing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of management experience, preferably aviation.
• Strong TSA regulations and airport security knowledge.
• Experience in budgets, scheduling, and labor cost allocation.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train staff.
• Must have independent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Weekend work including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with airport authorities and participate in the airport community.
• Ensure operations comply with contracts and service level agreements.
• Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and create leadership development plans.
• Oversee GSE maintenance and long-term needs analysis.
• Manage attendance, staffing coverage, and labor budgets.
• Ensure TSA compliance and uphold security programs.
• Conduct audits to ensure regulatory adherence and continuity.
• Implement site security plans and ensure proper staff identification.
• Uphold fairness and professionalism in all interactions.
• Represent the company’s image with integrity and leadership.
