Responsibilities

• Direct Leads and Agents within the assigned functional area.
• Oversee and advise on staffing requirements.
• Monitor and administer discipline or corrective action for subordinates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through daily feedback.
• Act as liaison between Leads/Agents and upper management.
• Monitor assigned employees to ensure safety, quality, and employee relations standards.
• Retrieve import and deliver export documents to and from aircraft.
• Report to work regularly and on time.
