Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Logistics Operations Leader in Houston to oversee inbound/outbound shipments, inventory quality, and on-time delivery across multiple warehouses. You will manage department costs, staffing, and partner relationships while driving continuous improvement and cost control.

The role requires ocean imports experience, strong data analysis, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Travel up to 10% may be required; Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations, inbound/outbound shipments, and freight across warehouses and partners.
• Manage 3PL relationships, costs, and CBP compliance; track KPIs and optimize performance.
• Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ processes for transportation and 3PL services; maintain HTS codes in SAP.
• Provide forecasts, analytics, and financial data to logistics planning; drive continuous improvement.
