Worldwide Flight Services in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an Air Cargo Office Lead to oversee office agent activities and ensure timely cargo processing in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with customs, handle documentation, and support sales and operations while maintaining security and safety standards. This role requires reliability, quick learning, and the ability to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Ability to learn PC skills and type 30 wpm.
• Must be 18 years of age or older when driving cargo handling equipment.
• Valid driver's license for applicable state.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all flight documents and import/export documentation, and interface with U.S. Customs.
• Compile customer lists for sales leads and solicit orders.
• Quote prices and prepare contracts; estimate delivery dates based on schedules.
• Assist management by monitoring work quality, safety, and site security procedures.
• Retrieves and delivers export documents; ensure timely handling of cargo.
