Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services seeks a Cargo Agent to handle data entry, prepare flight documents, and interface with U.S. Customs for import/export processes.

You will assist in distributing cargo, quoting terms, and drafting sales contracts, while ensuring accurate delivery date estimates and compliance with DOT regulations. You must move cargo up to 70 lbs, operate ramp equipment, and work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and Port Authority or Airport Authority permit to use ramp side service roads.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and days off.

Responsibilities

• Perform computer data entry and prepare flight documents.
• Interface with U.S. Customs and prepare import/export documents.
• Accept and distribute cargo in accordance with regulations; explain terms and quote prices as needed.
• Prepare sales contracts and estimate delivery dates.
• Move cargo up to 70 lbs and comply with site security procedures.
