Alliance Ground International is seeking an Office Agent in Chicago, IL to coordinate shipping details, process compliance documentation, and provide top-notch customer service. The role involves handling cargo documents, loading and unloading duties, and ensuring safety protocols in a fast-paced airport environment.

Candidates should be 18+, possess a HS diploma or equivalent, and be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority ID.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Convey shipping instructions to the customer services counter.
• Retrieve import documents and deliver export documents to/from aircraft.
• Accept cargo and dangerous goods per TSA, FAA, IATA rules.
• Release imported freight after CBP clearance.
• Handle charges and communicate with customers professionally.
