Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate all cargo account operations activities.
• Establish, implement and maintain departmental policies and procedures for safe and compliant cargo ops.
• Maintain and monitor KPI performance, audits, and reports; ensure training and manuals are up to date.
• Coordinate with customers, third-party providers and government agencies for compliance and satisfaction.
• Investigate issues and resolve conflicts; ensure efficient inbound and outbound flight operations.
