Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in Dallas is seeking a compliance-focused professional to support the Operating Unit General Manager and ensure optimal compliance and efficiency across assigned accounts. You will work with 3rd party vendors and WFS personnel to uphold standards and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with legal and HR teams, policy development, and risk assessment across the cargo and ground handling business, in an on-site office setting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent is required.
• 1 year experience in related field preferred but not required.
• Must possess a detailed knowledge of the international cargo industry and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes profits by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinate managers.
• Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
• Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
• Draft, modify and implement company policies
• Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
• Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
• Support operations as per assigned by Operating Unit General Manager
