Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Manager, AIforce Strategy & Innovation to bridge technical architecture and program execution across Data 360, Customer 360, Agentforce, and the AIforce Live Interface. Responsibilities

• Lead internal AIforce capabilities across multiple platforms within live orgs.
• Define semantic layer standards, disambiguation rules, and decision mechanisms for platform features.
• Lead pre-GA readiness testing, surface friction for engineering action.
• Own end-to-end AIforce initiatives from problem definition to platform-scale rollout.
• Coordinate across Product, Architecture, Operations, and GTM teams to resolve dependencies and blockers.
• Translate issues into a leadership-visible product gap backlog tied to business use cases.
• Define program workstreams, milestones, and accountability across initiatives.
• Define ROI indicators and track adoption, velocity, and pipeline impact.
• Package internal wins into customer-ready case studies and executive readouts.
• Provide content for executive briefings and customer engagements.
