Job summary

You’ll translate complex architectures into executive-readouts, define repeatable patterns, and lead initiatives from discovery to platform-scale rollout, shaping Salesforce’s AI strategy.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in program management, technical strategy, or a related field
• Architecture with API-first approaches and systems thinking
• Led cross-functional programs across engineering, product management and ops
• Experience with financial/ROI modeling and business case development
• Ability to translate complex architectures into executive readouts
• Familiarity with P2C, GTM operations, and enterprise sales workflows

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and execute internal AIforce capabilities across Slack, Customer 360, Agentforce, and Data 360.
• Define semantic layer standards, disambiguation rules, and decision mechanisms.
• Lead pre-GA readiness testing, test architecture limits, surface technical friction.
• Lead complex AIforce initiatives from problem definition through rollout.
• Coordinate across Product, DET, Architecture, Ops, and GTM to resolve blockers.
• Diagnose process friction and translate issues into a leadership-ready backlog.
• Define workstreams, milestones, and accountability across multi-org initiatives.
• Connect validation to business metrics by tracking ROI indicators.
• Package wins into customer-ready case studies and executive readouts.
• Provide strategic narrative inputs for executive briefings and analyst engagements.
• Convert internal lessons into repeatable architectural and GTM patterns.
• Anticipate emerging needs and translate into actionable programs.
