Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Manager, AIforce Strategy & Innovation in San Francisco, CA. You will bridge architecture/governance and program execution across Data 360, Customer 360, Agentforce, and the AIforce Live Interface.

You will own internal AIforce implementations end-to-end, set semantic standards, lead cross-functional execution, and quantify ROI, translating wins into executive proof points and customer-ready narratives.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in program management, technical strategy, or a related field.
• Architecture & Technical Depth: API-first architectures and systems thinking.
• Program & Cross-Functional Leadership across engineering, product management, and business operations.
• Business acumen with ROI modeling, business case development, and metric tracking.
• Strategic communication with the ability to translate complex architectures for executives and customers.
• P2C / GTM process depth with familiarity of enterprise sales workflows.

Responsibilities

• Internal Implementations: Design, validate, and execute AIforce capabilities across multiple layers.
• Semantic Layer Design: Define standards, rules, and decision mechanisms for platform features.
• Pre-GA Testing & Product Validation: Lead readiness testing and surface friction for engineering actions.
• End-to-End Program Ownership: Drive initiatives from problem definition to platform-scale rollout.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Coordinate across Product, Architecture, DET, and GTM teams to resolve dependencies.
• Product Gap Management: Translate issues into a leadership-visible backlog tied to business use cases.
• Structured Alignment: Define workstreams, milestones, and accountability across initiatives.
• KPI & Value Benchmarking: Define ROI indicators like deal velocity, pipeline impact, hours saved, adoption metrics.
• Proof Point Packaging: Create customer-ready case studies, executive readouts, and enablement materials.
• Strategic Narrative Delivery: Feed executive briefings and analyst engagements with content.
• Repeatable Pattern Design: Convert lessons into architectural and GTM patterns for roadmaps.
• Proactive Innovation: Anticipate platform and business needs and translate to actionable programs.
• 5-Step Delivery Arc: Inspire, co-ideate, pressure-test, route/escalate, publish/present.
