Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a field-based AiBLE Strategic Sales Representative for the Chicago Metro, Chicago Lakeshore, and Western Michigan region. This remote yet territory-bound role requires residency within the territory and frequent travel to accounts.

You will promote and sell AiBLE spine technologies, collaborate with surgeons and hospital leaders, and drive adoption of robotic, navigation, and imaging platforms across major health systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Associates Degree with 6+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Medtronic’s AiBLE products and services within an assigned geographic area to meet sales targets.
• Drive strategic adoption and utilization of Spine enabling technologies across health systems and accounts.
• Partner with Regional Sales Directors and cross-functional leadership to execute regional growth strategies.
• Support launch, integration, and optimization of enabling technologies including navigation, robotics, imaging, and digital platforms.
• Build relationships with spine surgeons, OR leadership, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
