Medtronic plc in the United States is seeking a Sales Representative I, Spine to join our field-based team. The role focuses on soliciting orders, representing Medtronic Spinal products, and maintaining territory coverage across diverse accounts; travel is required and a valid driver's license is essential.

The successful candidate will work remotely within the territory, collaborate with Spine Sales Representatives II, manage inventory and case coverage, and meet or exceed sales quotas.

Qualificações

• High school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree with 2+ years, or a bachelor's degree
• Sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices/medtech/healthcare or life sciences
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people and communicate well
• Ortho, spine or OR experience preferred; local candidates with Medtronic experience favored

Responsabilidades

• Solicit orders and represent Medtronic Spinal products in assigned territory
• Maintain consignments and inventory and ensure proper case coverage
• Manage accounts in territory and submit call reports
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and participate in meetings and trainings
• Travel within the territory and work non-standard hours when needed
