Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Strategic Sales Representative for the Cranial & Spinal Technologies AiBLE portfolio in the Chicago Metro to drive adoption across accounts. The role requires living within the territory and periodic travel to multiple sites, with a valid driver’s license essential.

You will work closely with surgeons, hospital leaders, and cross-functional teams to implement technology integrations, justify ROI, and expand patient access to advanced spine procedures.

Qualifications

8+ years in sales, clinical, or related field in medical devices or life sciences.
Experience with spine, neurosurgery, orthopedic, or robotic procedures is a plus.
Strong OR dynamics, healthcare economics understanding is helpful.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell AiBLE products within assigned geographic area to meet sales targets.
Drive adoption of Spine Enabling Technologies platforms and biologics.
Collaborate with regional leadership to execute growth strategies.
Support launch, integration, and optimization of enabling technologies in surgeries.
