Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Strategic AiBLE Sales Representative to advance robotics, navigation, imaging and digital workflows across the Chicago metro area. This remote, field-based role partners with surgeons and hospital leaders to drive technology adoption and ROI.

You will lead education events, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support strategic technology plans to meet regional targets while upholding Medtronic's mission to alleviate pain and extend life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant sales/clinical experience in medical device or life sciences.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree with progressive relevant experience in Medtech.
• Experience working with surgeons and hospital clinical teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Medtronic's AiBLE products within assigned geographic area to meet sales targets.
• Drive adoption of Spine Enabling Technologies across health systems and accounts.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute regional growth strategies and provide field feedback.
