Job summary

Okta is seeking an AI xDR Operations leader to own qualification strategy and routing for AI-assisted demand generation. You will co-create governance, handoffs, and metrics with Marketing, xDR, and Revenue Ops to optimize funnel outcomes.

This senior role demands cross-functional influence and deep GTM expertise. You will translate business priorities into qualification logic, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive end-to-end AI-enabled engagement initiatives that improve pipeline

Qualifications

7+ years in B2B demand gen or GTM ops.
Experience with AI SDR / AI xDR platforms.
Proven ability to design AI-driven qualification and engagement workflows.
Strong link between Marketing, xDR and Sales processes.
Translate business rules into technical workflow requirements.
Collaborate with xDR, Revenue Ops, Sales and Marketing leaders.
Governance, documentation, and change-management skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and related GTM tools.

Responsibilities

Own AI xDR qualification strategy.
Define AI engagement criteria across inbound, ABM, product-led motions.
Coordinate with Revenue Ops, xDR, Sales, and Marketing on lifecycle definitions.
Establish governance for model changes and regional variations.
Design routing and disposition models with cross-functional partners.
Set handoff thresholds and service-level expectations.
Align acceptance, rejection, and recycling processes across teams.
Identify leakage, latency, and ownership gaps.
Measure AI xDR performance with funnel outcomes.
Lead the cross-functional operating model.
