Job summary

Okta is seeking an experienced AI xDR Operations Manager to own qualification logic, routing, and handoffs for AI-assisted demand across global markets. You will work with Marketing, xDR, Revenue Ops, and Sales to align AI workflows with lifecycle definitions and measurable funnel outcomes.

Qualifications

7+ years in B2B demand gen, revenue ops, or GTM operations.
Experience with AI SDR/xDR platforms and automated qualification.
Designing AI-assisted qualification and engagement workflows in a B2B GTM context.
Translating business rules into technical workflow requirements.
Partnering with xDR, Revenue Operations, and Sales stakeholders.
Strong analytical ability to evaluate funnel performance.
Documentation and governance for 운영 processes.

Responsibilities

Own AI xDR qualification strategy across multiple motions (inbound, ABM, product-led, etc.).
Define fit, intent, engagement, and business-context criteria for engagement decisions.
Collaborate with Revenue Operations, xDR, Sales, and Marketing to align AI rules with lifecycle definitions.
Establish governance for model changes and regional variations.
Design next-best-action, handoff thresholds, escalation paths, and SLAs.
Ensure consistent acceptance, rejection, and recycling across teams.
Diagnose leakage and latency between AI engagement and human follow-up.
