Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior Manager, xDR Sales Strategy & Operations to lead global xDR Operations across AMER, EMEA, and APJ. You will own regional planning, performance reporting, and partner with senior leaders to drive KPI alignment, processes, and scalable systems.

This role emphasizes data storytelling, forecasting, and operational excellence. You will manage EMEA and APJ teams, influence pipeline quality, and implement strategic initiatives with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Enablement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in analytics, strategy, or operations in a high-growth SaaS company.
• Proven track record leading global ops teams and driving KPI discipline.
• Strong partnership with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Deep Salesforce expertise with reports, dashboards, and data modeling.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, large data handling capabilities.
• Experience with SalesDev tools (Outreach.io), Anaplan, Tableau, Clari.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop global xDR Operations professionals (EMEA and APJ).
• Drive AMER xDR strategy, provide analytical guidance and ops support.
• Own lead management, SLA monitoring, and pipeline quality reviews.
• Build scalable analytics and reporting frameworks for self-serve analytics.
• Forecast regional pipeline and develop models accounting for ramp, seasonality.
• Lead design and execution of broader GTM initiatives and annual planning cycles.
• Enable data-driven decision making and present executive-level insights.
