• Ability to translate business priorities into technical workflow requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own AI xDR qualification strategy across inbound, ABM, product-led, customer, and signal-triggered motions.
• Define routing, handoff, and disposition models with cross-functional partners.
• Diagnose leakage and latency between AI engagement and human follow-up and recommend changes.
• Lead the cross-functional operating model and governance for AI xDR initiatives.
• Monitor performance and ensure workflows reflect approved qualification and revenue processes.
