Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior Manager, xDR Sales Strategy & Operations to lead a global operations team across AMER/EMEA/APJ. You will guide regional planning, drive KPI-aligned processes, and partner with senior leaders to optimize pipeline health and forecasting.

You will leverage Salesforce, Excel, Outreach, Anaplan, Tableau, and Clari to deliver analytics, improve reporting, and scale workflows for a high-growth SaaS organization. This role requires travel and strong cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

7+ years in analytical/strategy or operations roles with at least 2+ years of people management.
Proven Salesforce proficiency including reports and dashboards.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with large data sets.
Experience with Sales Development tools (Outreach.io), Anaplan, Tableau, or Clari.

Responsibilities

Lead global xDR Operations, coaching EMEA and APJ teams and aligning KPIs, processes, and systems.
Partner with AMER xDR leadership to drive pipeline reviews, cadences, and QBRs.
Own lead management, SLA monitoring, and feed back loops to Marketing.
Build scalable analytics and reporting frameworks for self-serve xDR insights.
Forecast regional pipeline, support revenue forecasting with model-driven projections.
Drive GTM planning and annual planning cycles with cross-functional teams.
Deliver data-driven insights to senior stakeholders with clear narratives.
Champion tools and systems, optimizing Salesforce and exploring AI/automation.
